The room is modern and soundproof and there are priceless views of the beach. The staff are nice people at the reception desk. It's close to the beautiful beach, great location.

Well-appointed hotel with clean facilities and ACCOMMODATING employees at the reception desk. Marvellous and beautiful location was awesome as was the cafe located at the resort, easy to get anywhere.

I recently stayed at The Atrium Resort and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, just across the road from a beautiful beach, making it safe and convenient for my family to swim. Additionally, being close to Harbour town for outlet shopping and theme parks added to the overall convenience of our stay. The 2 bedroom unit we had was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including a washing machine and dryer. The rooftop pools and BBQ area were a hit with my family, and the kids enjoyed the games room.

I have stayed there on many occassions and have always found "The Atrium" a pleasant and enjoyable place for our holiday and only a short drive to Theme Parks and Shopping.

We would definitely recommend this resort and plan on returning. It was the perfect place to visit all of the major attractions in Gold Coast. The room's handy kitchenette came in very useful. The resort is situated in a peaceful area and is within easy walking distance of everything.

Every thing function and was equipped.A good concept.

Absence of wash sink plugs. I guess I will need to carry one next time.

The location to Surfers. Really nice place to stay. Good Restuarant. Pool, rooftop area and views. Quiet appartment. liked the lifts and atrium.

location near to the coast. amazing bed, large bathroom and a kitchenette area, a lounge and a nice balcony in the room. delightful sea view and low cost breakfast.

The room was well-equipped, with an absolutely superb view of the sea. The breakfast was inexpensive and good, the check in was early.

Came here for 3 days, the hotel was nicely appointed, it had fantastic location near the waterfront and the Biggera Waters shopping centre, which has a great supermarket as well as restaurants and other shops. The staff was really friendly and outstandingly accommodating, gave advice about the city. The service was excellent, the breakfast was low cost. Had no problem using their free parking, the internet was complimentary. The stay was absolutely fine.

The bathroom was dirty.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was awesome, just a short walk to the beach and close to everything we needed. The cafe located at the resort had delicious food and coffee, perfect for starting our day. The staff at the reception desk were very friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The room amenities were top-notch, including an ironing facilities, a flat-screen TV, and a comfortable sitting area. We also enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and sauna, perfect for relaxation after a long day of exploring.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

We had a lovely Christmas stay at this hotel. the staff were friendly and accommodating. We particularly enjoyed the complementary chocolates and champagne that were given to us upon arrival. the location was perfect, with easy access to shops and restaurants, and a stunning view of the ocean from our room. We also appreciated the complementary beach towels that were provided.

There were a few downsides. the mattresses were quite dated and soft, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
